Above is a mashup that I made dedicated to and inspired by my friends at C4C. As a mashup artist we often are in the art of both breeding nostalgia and cultivating harmony, and so this is one of my most favorite mashups I’ve ever created simply because there’s so much meaning and depth behind it. Above is a throwback video to a time back in 2016 when one of the members of C4C, Patrick, was going back home for the summer and leaving our community temporarily. As I’m one to always take advantage of any moment and use it to sing a song especially one with so much depth and meaning, I covered/parodied the Coldplay song “Paradise” and changed it to “Patrick’s Goodbye.” Enjoy!
